My journey in the media industry began in 1999 with my belief in the transformative power of stories.
I began my career at 1 Numara Medya Grubu and was a member of the founding team of Genç TV, one of Turkey’s first youth channels. I then served as Assistant Editor in Chief at a media group working with international brands such as Discovery, Nickelodeon, Fashion TV, and Number One TV. I then joined Doğan TV, where I contributed to the establishment of channels catering to the youth of the moment, such as Dream TV and Dream Türk.
In 2007, I joined the Focus Film team. There, I played various creative and production roles across numerous projects, including over 2,500 episodes of daily series and over 200 episodes of weekly series. This experience allowed me to develop a strong narrative discipline in high-volume productions.
In 2013, I founded my own production company, SCOR Film, officially embarking on my production journey. The fantasy drama series I created for FOX TV, “I’ll Give You a Secret,” quickly gained a cult following.
In 2017, I served as New Business Development Director at D Productions. That same year, I moved to BluTV to create the series “Innocent,” a milestone in Turkey’s digital content history. I subsequently served as both producer and creative leader on highly anticipated projects such as “7 Faces” and “Bozkır.”
The series “Düğüm,” which I developed under my production company, Mavi Yapım, was sold to Amazon Prime Video through OGM Pictures. This project is Amazon’s first original Turkish series. Most recently, I wrote and produced 100 episodes of “Yalnız Kalpler” (Lonely Hearts), which aired on NOW TV.
