Faye is the Creative Operations Lead at Mavi Production Studios, where she orchestrates the studio’s creative workflow, bridging visual storytelling, production design, and AI-assisted content development to shape the next generation of high-velocity cinematic formats.
Faye carries the rare duality of an interior architect turned production creative: the spatial sensitivity of a designer, the narrative intuition of a storyteller, and the operational precision of a systems thinker. Her path began with high school education in the United States, followed by completion at Sakıp Sabancı High School. She later graduated from Bahcesehir University with a degree in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and continued her artistic formation at Akademia Sztuk Pięknych in Poland, where she studied fine arts for a year.
Her early career in design -overseeing concept development, spatial storytelling, and client-centered design—naturally transitioned into the production world. For three years, she took part in on-set operations, and content localization as a translator, giving her a unique understanding of both creative and technical layers of production.
Before joining Mavi, Faye contributed to various production companies across sales and creative departments, shaping commercial narratives, coordinating multi-stage workflows, and ensuring seamless communication between creative, operational, and client-facing units.
At Mavi Production Studios, Faye leads the creative operations ecosystem, acting as the connective architecture between creative vision and execution. She designs production pipelines, refines AI-supported workflows, and ensures that Mavi’s stories move from concept to screen with speed, clarity, and emotional precision. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to oversee visual development, set the creative rhythm, and drive projects that maintain a boutique quality while operating at global ambition.
